Nintendo Planning To Promote Wii U

The current scenario is that the gaming lovers are praising the Xbox One and PS4 which have been launched in 2013 by Microsoft and Sony respectively. But one year ago the first of the 8th generation video game console was launched by Nintendo and was called the Wii U. When Wii U was released, Nintendo hardly made any efforts to promote the console and create awareness among the gamers about the existence of Wii U. However, since it is facing intense competition from PS4 and Xbox One, Nintendo is making attempts to promote it. The company is all set to market Wii U effectively in the coming year.

Nintendo is actually ready to launch some of the most original games on the Wii U in 2014. Along with that, it is planning to give opportunity to new and creative game developers to release their games exclusively on Wii U gaming console. The fresh stocks of games that are ready to be made public in 2014 are: Monolith’s X, Mario Kart 8, Bayonetta 2, Project Cars, Super Smash Bros. U, Watch Dogs, Monochroma, Candle, Hyper Light Drifter and Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze. This is being done to provide the gamers from all over the world a top notch and unforgettable gaming experience.

A Nintendo spokesperson told that marketing activities for 2014 are going to be far more aggressive and result oriented so that the mistake that was done in the start of the year 2013 are not repeated ever again. Reaching out to the customers is going to be of great priority to the company in the upcoming year.

With the right marketing strategies, Nintendo’s Wii U will be able to contend with the other two next generation gaming consoles (PS4 and Xbox One) and will become more appealing to the undecided gamers.
